Last night, I attended an amazing intimate media preview dinner in celebration of Sushi Lab's upcoming The Chemistry Room. Omakase was always a very rare treat, even before the pandemic, so I especially appreciated last night's absolutely masterful 13 courses.
The Chemistry Room opens tomorrow night (at The Sanctuary Hotel in NYC) and I highly recommend checking it out!

Enough about my dinner. Here's what I'm working on:
1. For Clean Plates, I'm doing a story on what to look for in a healthy chicken nugget (the kind you can buy in the freezer aisle but also what you are making yourself at home) - I'd love an RD or a nutritionist to reach out so I can explain what I'm working on and ask them a few questions, please.
