Well, it’s gift guide season (I’ll actually be sharing some gift guides I’m working on in this coming week in one of my daily emails!), and that means you’re sending a ton of pitches right now — and journalists may be receiving many as 1,000 on some days.
Sounds WILD, right?
It’s true that you send (and we receive) tons of pitches. But that doesn’t mean your pitch doesn’t deserve to be noticed and read (and responded to!)…we couldn’t get our jobs done without it.
That said: There’s some quick things you can be doing to send pitches out that are more targeted, more streamlined, but also more concise and come together faster with better results.
And it just requires a few easy organizational tweaks!
