Industry Insights: How To Be A Better Interview Source (And be included in more stories!)
Good morning!
I'm leaving Louisville in a few hours but up early because I have a good friend who lives in town who I would have been SO sad if I didn't get to see.
True story: When I found out I'd be in Louisville for under 48 hours this week, I immediately texted my friend and let her know. We vowed that no matter how we handled it, we'd find an opportunity to see each other. My schedule ended up pretty packed (as is often the case!), so our solution is us both waking up early today and having breakfast before my flight. When people are important to you, you always find a way!
I'll share more on that later! Also a heads up that Monday morning's newsletter will have a FEW new assignments and job leads that came through yesterday after I sent out the Friday email. It's already queued and ready to go. So stay tuned!
OH, PS: Check out this super cute write-up VLIV did about me on their instagram! Love it:
Meanwhile, I wanted to share an important topic for this week's Industry Insights edition...Today, I want to chat about how to be a better source when being interviewed by a journalist...
