For today's Industry Insights edition, I wanted to take a moment to talk about submitting expert commentary and answering interview questions over email.

Some weeks, my stories are far more product-driven, and I don't do as many interviews. But other weeks, I focus a lot more heavily on writing stories that involve interviewing sources. I actually love doing that, but I have noticed some issues as far as how people respond and how they may miss the mark.
