Journalists conduct a lot of interviews.

Whether it is speaking to a sleep expert about selecting a mattress or a nutritionist about their favorite frozen meals, we need expert input all the time. And that means conducting interviews.

But any journalist will also tell you there's a whole lot of red flags that tend to happen in the interview process and avoiding these will make the interview a better, and more productive experience all around.
