Good morning!
Hello from Los Angeles, where I’m positively ridiculous and woke up at 4:30 am to get a morning of work in before I start a packed and busy day (but you guys, I’m doing so much!)
And look who I got to see last night!
Once upon a time, Alice was someone I met on a press trip (I mean, we knew each other from social media before, but we met about 10 years ago on a press trip IRL), and now she’s one of my best friends in the entire world and someone I talk to every single day. Publicists, remember that: Press trips are more than itineraries and schedules, you just may be creating lifelong memories and friendships in the process.
Anywho, I’m having a VERY LA day today - involving meeting shortly with a intuitive advisor followed by a biohacking session (I swear, every time I’m in LA, I feel like I’ve been restored to factory settings, it just feels like I’m the most me version of me, each and every time). Then, I have a lot in store for this afternoon and tonight — but more on that later! (Meanwhile, I’ve shared lots on my Instagram.)
