Personally, I love the daily updates from you! Maybe she could create a separate folder dedicated to your newsletter? (and yes, with the nonstop cycle, I haven't had a good sleep in weeks!!!)

Wow. I am stunned that a publicist said that to you as you are providing a phenomenal wealth of media coverage opportunities. If they don't want to read, they have the option to scroll to the bottom to see what opportunities are available. You're providing an invaluable service to publicists. Also, I LOVE reading your musings and hearing about your personal life. It allows for me to get to know the journalist behind the articles.

I am a big fan of the Calm app. Listening to a sleep story helps me fall asleep and their short meditations are so useful during a stressful day. Highly recommend it!!! I have been using it every day for six years now.

Aly, as it relates to the request for a weekly digest: I enjoy your newsletter and never cease to be amazed at some of the absurd things people in public relations say and do. In fact, some time ago I stopped saying I am a publicist, or that I offer public relations services. I provide business development. And I'm pleased to say I've been communicating with you from the beginning of your career!

I feel like a sand castle toppling over alot of the times. I've been down the shore for the past few weeks and I ride my bike every night when it cools off -- and that makes me sleep little better. I know you are in NYC. I can't ride my bike in Philly but I can when I'm down the shore. TGIF!
