Good morning! It’s a really rainy and not very pretty day in NYC today and I’m secretly rather glad that work has me glued to my couch (and indoors) for the foreseeable future. Last night, I made a quick and easy Korean beef bowl for dinner (seriously, it was ready in 10 minutes!).
