Good morning! It’s actually almost afternoon… Happy December! It’s the month of so many holiday parties and fun, and work-wise, one that starts out intense and ends almost freakishly quiet. December is also my birthday month (and if I told you the history of calamities that have a tendency of occurring annually during this month, you’d not even believe me, but I admit I start this month with more than a little bit of apprehension…)
Love this! I literally just took OPR out of the running for a HUGE account because I realized they were a nightmare and would make our lives miserable (this was after they asked for a 4th revision on a proposal and more free ideas!). Sometimes the money just isn't worth it.
Great topic. I've been self-employed for most of my working life so have never had the traditional annual review. Last year I did a course with Marie Forleo and she has a fantastic end of year exercise where you look back and review your year, then start planning goals for next year. I'm going to do it next week.
