http://thefarmhousetn.com/ - great farm to table food, a must for dinner

https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-patterson-house-nashville - DEF my fave bar in town for a really elegant cocktail at the end of the night

Chauhan Ale & Masala House - Maneet from the food network owns this place and it's stellar.

Arnold's Country Kitchen - a typical classic meat and 3 (and they have a rotating menu every day, so visit their website before you go!)

kind of hard to get a reservation but another really good one https://www.rolfanddaughters.com/ - if you go, they have a chicken dish with garlic confit and preserved lemon that is OFF THE CHAIN GOOD - i think about it all the time

good for lunch - in the gulch area - there's a spot called gumbo bros. they have stuff like po boys and gumbo that is incredible. (i like the hot honey po boy there, if they have it, and also any of their gumbos - they used to have a location near me in brooklyn and then the owner moved to nashville and i'm SO sad to see it go)

http://biscuitlove.com/ - a great great great brunch spot!!! it's like a million ways to enjoy THE BISCUIT. i go there every single time i'm in town at least once. beware...they get LONG lines sometimes

Loveless (https://www.lovelesscafe.com/) is INCREDIBLE for breakfast or brunch. and a legend - but it's about a 20 min uber away so decide if it's worth your time

if you go for famous nashville hot fried chicken, everyone will tell you to go to prince's but go to hattie b's - it's better!

ps: random, but if you go to the country music museum, it's in the omni hotel - and there's a randomly awesome takeout taco place in there (RANDOM I KNOW)

https://www.nashville.gov/Parks-and-Recreation/Parthenon.aspx - this is a super fun spot for photos, and has a great history behind it

eat or have a drink here

https://www.graduatehotels.com/nashville/restaurant/white-limozeen/

it's on the roof of the graduate hotel and the whole bar/restaurant is dolly inspired and RIDICULOUSLY CUTE and instagram friendly

People will tell you to go to Butcher & Bee or Etch or Catbird, and they are FINE but i see them as "classic fancy restaurant in any city good" and not...specifically nashville good.

also this place is great too: https://www.josephineon12th.com/
