Hello! Today is a busy day at the office (the “office” being the corner of my couch), hence the relative lateness of this email. But it’s all good, because I have what feels like a pretty great reward at the end of the day. I'm taking a virtual bread-baking class tonight with one of my favorite premium cast-iron cookware brands (showing that even two-plus years into virtual events, we can still do fun and interesting new things with them!). Even better, a bunch of my friends are going to be taking this class with me, so it feels like a friendship reunion but with baking.
