Happy Thursday! As I type this, I have cauliflower gnocchi browning in a skillet. (I’m actually also currently uploading a video of such to my Instagram stories if you want to follow along!) I use the cauliflower gnocchi you can get in the frozen section at Trader Joe’s - I had tried it once years ago, and I made it according to package directions and I did NOT like it. It tasted like mush to me. But I came up with my own hack for making it in the skillet that is so much better - and so much easier. That’s what I’m showing you on video this morning! (er…afternoon…this day is getting away from me…)
